UNSWEETENED APPLESAUCE 1 CUP
VANILLA CARAMEL WHEY-HD PROTEIN POWDER 8 SCOOPS
OLIVE OIL 2 TSP
RAISINS 1 CUP
COCONUT (SHREDDED) 1/2 CUP
ALMONDS (GROUND) 1/2 CUP

Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. |
