Returns must be requested by contacting Support and receiving a Return Authorization Number. Return Authorization Number must be provided inside the box for return to be processed. Customer is responsible for all return shipping.
Refund / Exchange Policy
- Qualified refunds will be processed back to original payment method used in order.
- Refunds will only be processed for product that is received in the original, unopened, unworn, condition in which it was sent to the customer.
- Refunds will only be processed for returns received within 30 days of purchase.
- All opened products or apparel that appears worn will be awarded store credit that never expires.
